The Site is an independent informational resource about prepaid cards. Independent informational guide. Not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by SecureSpend or its issuer. All trademarks belong to their owners. We do not issue cards, hold funds, provide customer service for card accounts, or have any access to cardholder accounts.

2. Information only, not advice

All content is provided for general informational and educational purposes. It is not financial, legal, tax or investment advice, and it is not a substitute for advice from a qualified professional or for the terms of your Cardholder Agreement. Card features, fees and policies are set by the card issuer and can change without notice. Always confirm details with the official SecureSpend website or customer service before acting.

You may view, read and print pages from the Site for your personal, non-commercial use. You agree not to:

• copy, republish, sell or redistribute substantial parts of the Site's content without our written permission;
• frame the Site or present its content as your own or as official SecureSpend content;

• attempt to probe, scan or breach the Site's security or interfere with its operation; or

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SecureSpend Guide and its operators from any claims, losses or expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising from your violation of these Terms or misuse of the Site.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and of the state in which the Site's operator is based, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts of that state, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
