Quick Answer

You can email us at [email protected] about corrections, suggestions or questions about this website. We are an independent guide. We cannot see, change or fix any SecureSpend account, so for card problems contact SecureSpend customer service directly.

How to reach us

The best way to contact the SecureSpend Guide team is by email:

[email protected]

We don't use a contact form. That is deliberate: this site doesn't collect or store visitor data, and email lets you decide exactly what you share. Please include a clear subject line, such as "Correction: fees page".

What we can help with

  • Corrections. If you spot something inaccurate or outdated, tell us which page and what you believe is correct, with a source if possible. Accuracy is our top priority.
  • Suggestions. Ideas for new guides, or questions our FAQ doesn't answer yet.
  • Accessibility issues. If any part of the site is hard to use with your device or assistive technology.
  • Privacy questions about this website. See our privacy policy.
  • Impersonation reports. If you find a site pretending to be SecureSpend Guide or asking for card data in our name.

What we can't help with

We cannot access cardholder accounts. SecureSpend Guide is not SecureSpend, its issuing bank or its program manager. We can't see balances or transactions, activate or replace cards, release holds, refund fees or resolve disputes.

For any of these, contact SecureSpend customer service directly using the phone number on the back of your card or the contact details on the official SecureSpend website (opens in a new tab). If your card is lost or stolen, don't wait for an email reply. Follow our lost card steps right away.

Never send us sensitive information

For your protection, please never include any of the following in an email to us, or to anyone who contacts you about your card:

  • Full card numbers, expiration dates or security codes (CVV)
  • PINs or online account passwords
  • Social Security numbers or government ID numbers
  • Photos of your card or receipts showing card numbers

If you send any of these by mistake, we will delete the message without using the information, and we recommend you contact SecureSpend to ask about a replacement card.

How we handle your email

We use your email address and message only to read and reply to your enquiry and to improve the site, for example by fixing a reported error. We don't add you to mailing lists, sell your information, or share it except as described in our privacy policy.

Frequently asked questions

Can you check my balance or fix my card?

No. We are an independent informational website with no access to any SecureSpend account. Contact SecureSpend customer service using the number on the back of your card or the official website.

Should I email you my card number so you can help?

Please don't. Never send card numbers, security codes, PINs, Social Security numbers or account logins to us or to anyone else by email. We will delete any message that contains them.

How quickly do you reply?

We read every message and aim to reply to questions about the website within a few business days. Correction reports are prioritized.

Do you accept sponsored posts or paid links?

No. We don't sell sponsored content, paid links or placements. See our editorial policy on the About page.
